Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with BAISX, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and selecting the correct size before placing an order.
- BAISX is not responsible if a customer selects the wrong size.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please email baisx.ae@gmail.com promptly with your order details and clear photographs so our team can review the matter.
Order Information
Customers must provide the following information accurately when placing an order:
- Full name
- Complete delivery address
- Valid telephone number
- Correct email address
The email address provided will be used for order confirmation and shipment-tracking updates. BAISX will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Shipping
- UAE orders are generally delivered within 2–4 working days.
- GCC orders are generally delivered within 2–4 working days.
- Delivery estimates begin once the order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment.
- Working days exclude weekends and UAE public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges apply to all orders.
- Standard UAE delivery is AED 30 for most areas.
- Additional charges may apply to remote or selected locations.
- GCC shipping charges will be calculated or confirmed based on the delivery destination.
